Aerolians paris

With its strategic position at the crossroads of multiple transport systems surrounding Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport, Aerolians Paris is a major economic development operation managed by the local “Terres de France” Urban Community with thousands of job creations in prospect.

Located in Tremblay-en-France – south of the airport precinct and within immediate reach of all other facilities -, this 200ha-wide development area is divided into two major components:
A multifunctional international business park covering 150ha devoted to innovating high-tech companies working in a selection of growth sectors—as well as business and individual services providers.

An extension of the “Paris-Nord Villepinte” international exhibition park, supplemented by the creation of the “Cité de l’évènementiel” events center.

Activities intended for both areas are not only focused on material trade but also on exchanges of knowledge and ideas—relying on three functions physically connected to the airport: business travel and events, knowledge and innovation flow – France’s future main economic growth and employment engine – and high value-added logistics.

This business hub development is part of the overall “Terres de France-CDG” project: an ambitious design with a Pan-European and worldwide outlook intended to leverage wealth creation and innovation potential through local concentration of stakeholders, international recognition, networking and sharing of information.
Future prospects for the business park under “Terres de France” management in partnership with France’s AFTRP government agency include 15,000 to 20,000 jobs.
Works started in 2012.
